Field Maneuvers announces return with Kode9, Overmono, Shanti Celeste and more

Taking place for the first time since 2019, Field Maneuvers is back this year from September 2 - 4 in a secret location just a few hours from London.

Marking its eighth year in 2022, the intimate festival has revealed its first wave of artists and some special takeovers from the likes of Dalston Superstore, Daytimers, Touching Bass, and more across the three-day weekend.

Taking to the stage this year is a handful of overseas artists including Eris Drew b2b Octo Octa, Teki Latex, Chrissy, and Lena Willikens.

On top of international talent, Field Maneuvers will also welcome in old friends and UK natives such as Kode9, Shanti Celeste, Overmono, Parris, and Josey Rebelle.

“Good things come to those who wait, right? We are absolutely buzzing to be back and to announce this line-up,” the festival announced on Instagram this morning.

“A mix of long-term FM fam, some FM first-timers, some amazing takeovers and some acts that we booked two years ago who are absolutely massive now and we have to pinch ourselves to believe it.”

Capping its crowds at just 700 people, Field Maneuvers remains one of the UK’s favourite boutique festivals. Despite its aim to stay small, the festival announced an expansion this year to 900 thanks to its slightly larger site.

“FM has been sold out for a while but thanks to our new (slightly) bigger site we will be adding 200 tickets. These could fly, these could trickle… we genuinely have no idea in the current climate... but either way, we hope you can join us,” they announced.

“We have a new site 2hrs NE of London. It’s totally beautiful. As always, the location will remain secret and will be revealed to ticket holders only.”
