Copa del Rave was formed in April 2019, bringing together the global electronic music community via a soccer tournament to raise money for various charity organizations. This fall's iteration will be raising money for the MusiCares Foundation, a Recording Academy charity organization focusing on providing an emergency safety net for financial, medical, and personal health issues for people in the music community. The money raised for this event will be saved for the electronic music community specifically.

Red Light Management won the last tournament, and the event raised over $12,000 for VH1 Save the Music and Beats In School. Copa del Rave founders Jonathan McDonald, Alastair Duncan and Ardalan are excited about this success stating, “The response and enthusiasm around the April event was huge, and it just made sense to come back in the Fall. We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with MusiCares and raising money for those in need within our community. It should be a great tournament, and based on the last one, pretty competitive!”

The event will take place on October 24 from 3-10pm.
