MELT Festival unveils full line-up for 2023 edition

Germany's MELT Festival has shared its full line-up for its 2023 edition.

Taking place at the Ferropolis City of Iron between June 8 and 11, the site is once more going to be moulded around its surrounding steelwork and disused engineering behemoths to truly set the scene, with a final line-up dubbed as "sitting on the edge of musical culture".

MELT aims to showcase future stars, new sounds and unique genres and approaches to musical experience, with punters able to shift form rap and alt-punk to electronic sounds in a matter of minutes depending on the stage they choose to visit.

On the latest announcement are names including Slowthai, Róisín Murphy, Channel Tres, LUXE, KI/KI, LSDXOXO and Young Marco.

Previously announced names on the bill include TSHA, Skin on Skin, Joy Orbison, HAAi, FKA Twigs and Daphni. To check the entire stacked line-up, head here.

"This new announcement is full MELT," says festival director Florian Czok. "It combines fantastic live acts with amazing DJ sets, legends with the hottest upcoming artists, zeitgeist with future. Thus, this mixture, which features artists from different electronic backgrounds, rap, pop and hyperpop, indie, and so much more, offers a deep insight into the MELT experience: always looking ahead, giving the opportunity to discover your new favourite artists, and showcasing musical trends, while also providing the chance to enjoy exclusive shows of acts."
