Gary Numan amongst this year’s acts performing at Dekmantel Festival
The Amsterdam event goes ahead this year from August 2 - 6
Dekmantel Festival has completed its full list of names set to take to the Amsterdam event’s ninth edition this summer.
Taking place this year from August 2 - 6, Dekmantel 2023 boasts a slew of festival newbies, including a live performance from ‘Cars’ singer Gary Numan, and a set from San Francisco DJ and producer Avalon Emerson.
“Revealing Dekmantel Festival's line up for 2023,” the festival announced on Instagram yesterday. “This year's programming marks our 9th edition and we're thrilled to gather once again at Amsterdamse Bos and along the IJ river.”

Set to go ahead in its regular location in the forest of Amsterdam Bos along the Amstel river, Dekmantel this year pulls in a huge range of artists from all over Europe - including Anz who goes back to back with Special Request, TSVI, The Bug alongside Flowdan, VTSS, and Ben UFO.
A handful of live sets will also take place this year, including shows from Gary Numan, Shygirl, µ-Ziq & ID:MORA, Blawan, Hudson Mohawke, Ikonika, Flohio, and Shackleton.
Names added to the bill will join a roster of other artists confirmed earlier by the festival, many of whom will return to the flagship event.

The ninth edition of Dekmantel will also feature a number of artists from outside of Europe, including Japan’s ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, South Korea’s Salamanda, and Miami-based producer Nick León.
Pre-registration weekend tickets, as well as three-day and four-day passes will become available tomorrow at 11:AM CET, while regular tickets go on sale on Friday.
“This is your last chance to sign up for early access, pre-registration on our website closes tomorrow,” Dekmantel announced on Instagram yesterday.
