Fatboy Slim annnounces UK tour 'Y'all Are The Music, We're Just The DJ's'

The 2023 tour includes 11 dates across the UK from Bournemouth to Newcastle

Fatboy Slim annnounces UK tour 'Y'all Are The Music, We're Just The DJ's'

Fatboy Slim has announced an 11-date 2023 UK tour titled 'Y'all Are The Music, We're Just The DJ's'.

Kicking off in March, the tour will go from Bournemouth to Edinburgh including shows at London's O2 Academy Brixton, Brighton Centre and Manchester's O2 Victoria Warehouse.

“Coming out of covid I have played many different types of shows from arenas to the Gas tower at Glastonbury and I just find the closer I am to the audience the more I love it… this is what this tour brings,” he said in a press release.

Recently Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Cook, has dropped his latest album ‘Right Here, Right Then’ which celebrates the 20th anniversary of his renowned Big Beach Boutique in Brighton.

The album which is out now and is also available as a boxset including multiple recordings from the original set, a brand new DJ mix, a DVD of the original concert, a 48-page,12” book with exclusive photos and a foreword penned by Cook, along with much more.

Reflecting on the iconic event Cook said: "I think I was too stressed on the day about crowd safety to really take it all in, to fully enjoy the experience.

“Now I feel I can look back at the footage, remember the tunes, that sunset, my home seafront looking like a carnival in Brazil, so many beautiful people having the time of their lives, I have never seen such joyous madness, such good-natured abandon…

“A wise man once described me as ‘a shepherd of moments’.”

Fatboy Slim has also previously announced a new festival weekender, 'All Back To Minehead', which kicks off on November 18 until November 21.

Taking place in Somerset, Norman has got plenty of the biggest names right now involved including Groove Armada (DJ Set), Eats Everything, Idris Elba, Jodie Harsh and more.

Tickets to the tour will be out on September 23. Check out full dates and locations below.
