Kanye West threatens to pull out of Coachella unless Billie Eilish "apologises to Travis Scott"

Kanye West has threatened to drop out of this year’s Coachella Festival after accusing 20-year-old singer Billie Eilish of insulting Travis Scott during a live performance.
On February 5, a fan fell ill during Eilish’s live performance in Atlanta, Georgia, to which the singer paused the show and passed the concertgoer an inhaler.
In fan footage taken at the gig, Billie can be heard asking a crew member: “Do we have an inhaler? Can we just grab one?”. Shortly after the singer tells her audience, “I wait for people to be OK until I keep going.”

West has apparently taken the statement as a dig against Travis Scott and his involvement in the Astroworld tragedy, where 10 people lost their lives during a crowd surge.
Kanye - now legally known as Ye - posted a screenshot from hip hop account @RapSeaTV with a title reading: “Billie Eilish dissed Travis Scott at her concert after she stopped the show to give her fan an inhaler! ‘I wait for the people to be okay before I keep going.'”
Ye furiously responded to Billie’s comments asking her to apologise to fellow rapper Scott, captioning the post: “No one intended this to happen Trav didn’t have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage and was very hurt by what happened.

“Come on Billie we love you please apologise to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives,” he said. “Trav will be with me at Coachella but now I need Billie to apologise before I perform,” he added, threatening to drop out of this year’s performance.
Currently, Billie Eilish, Kanye West and Harry Styles are set to headline Coachella 2022, with Travis Scott previously removed from the line-up following the Astroworld incident.
Billie responded to Ye’s post, commenting: “literally never said a thing about Travis. Was just helping a fan.”
Ye told fans that he would be offline from social media with no use of his phone until the follow-up album to ‘DONDA’ is released. The record was due for release on February 2, although there’s currently no sign of it dropping.
