Mumdance announces new 32-track compilation, ‘Shared Meanings’

UK heavyweight Mumdance, aka Jack Adams, is dropping a new 32-track mix and compilation titled ‘Shared Meanings’.

The project will land as a free download this November, and features exclusive, unreleased material from the likes of UIQ’s ZULI, Chevel, Nkisi, Peder Mannerfelt, Galaxian and more. There’s also a brand new cut from Mumdance & Logos titled ‘Teachers’. As the name might suggest, the cut pays homage to the 1997 Daft Punk classic.

‘Shared Meanings’ has been dubbed a follow up to Adams’ Radio Mumdance series. The favoured show saw Mumdance go b2b with a slew of underground artists from across the spectrum over the course of 40 weeks, with artists such as Nina Kraviz, Finn, Surgeon, Ben UFO and Josey Rebelle locked in.

The mix will be available as a free digital download on November 20, with a second drop lined up for November 23 for those after the digital, DJ-friendly compilation, collector’s edition cassette or five-track vinyl sampler.
