An early Metalheadz documentary will be screened in a cinema for the first time
A conversion between Gilles Peterson and Goldie will follow the exclusive screening
On October 3, Metalheadz and Commune will screen 'Talkin' Headz: The Metalheadz Documentary' (which was originally released in 1998) at Dalston's Rio Cinema, the first time the documentary has been shown in a cinema before.
It features an array of influential Metalheadz DJs and producers around the turn of the century, including Adam F, Dillinja, Doc Scott, Ed Rush, Grooverider and Randall; there are even appearances from Liam and Noel Gallagher.
The screening is part of the label's 25th anniversary celebrations; a conversation between Goldie and Gilles Peterson will also take place after the screening.
