Priority groups such as the elderly and frontline workers will receive the vaccine first, with a "high" percentage of the population vaccinated by the end of May Nou Diari reports.
It's hoped that thousands of vaccines will be delivered per week.

Much like the UK, the vaccines will be rolled out to people in order of priority. Those demographics will be contacted by their health centre or they will be able to book via telephone or online.

The Balearic General Director Of Public Health, Maria Antònia Font, said: “We are closer to the end of a bad dream. We will do everything possible to recover the freedoms and rights that Covid has stolen from us."
This is more good news for the island: bars and restaurants can open their outdoor terraces on March 5 and Ibiza Rocks has just become the first club to announce it will open this summer.
