One of Groove Armada’s three Glastonbury sets has been cancelled following crowd concerns.

The DJ set, which was scheduled to take place on Thursday night (June 27) at the iconic Stonebridge bar, has now been cancelled due to prospected crowd numbers exceeding the capacity of the bar.

The duo were also set to perform DJ sets on Saturday (June 29) at Silver Hayes' The Levels stage going b2b with Eats Everything, as well as a Sunday (June 30) performance at the The Glade.

A statement from Glastonbury on Twitter says, “To ensure that Groove Armada's many fans can enjoy the duo’s DJ sets at this year’s Festival, their performance in the lower-capacity Stonebridge Bar on Thursday night can now not take place.”

The statement continued, “Instead, we encourage you to take in their sets at the larger capacity Glade on Sunday at 8.30pm and B2B with Eats Everything at Levels on Saturday at 6:PM. Thank you for your understanding.”

Elsewhere on the Glade stage dance music legends Faithless are set to perform, as well as Camelphat, Fatboy Slim, Mall Grab, Goldie (live), Chris Stussy and more.

In other new, it has been recently revealed by organiser Emily Eavis that the festival is expected to take a fallow year in 2026, to let the land regrow.
