Danny Howard, Sonny Fodera and Gorgon City announce Amnesia residency

Kicking off on Monday, June 20, Danny Howard, Gorgon City and Sonny Fodera put on a weekly residency at Ibiza’s Amnesia with a helping hand from dance music heavyweights.

Hosting the terrace, both Sonny Fodera and Gorgon City take up weekly slots on a Monday night while the club itself is hosted by Radio 1 Dance’s Danny Howard. The residencies will run until October 3.

Joining them on the line-up is a slew of international guests and Ibiza mainstays, including Barry Can’t Swim, Dance System, Bklava, Logic1000, Heidi, DJ EZ, Jodie Harsh, Prospa, and salute.

“It’s hard to put into words exactly how excited and proud I am to be part of a brand-new era for Mondays at Amnesia, Ibiza’s original superclub,” said Danny Howard on the forthcoming season.

“I’ve been DJing in Ibiza for over a decade now and have been fortunate enough to play at most of the major clubs, but Amnesia is the island’s most authentic venue in terms of what Ibiza represents, and I can’t wait to capture the essence of the true Balearic vibe every single week.”

With a focus on house music, Amnesia’s full summer line-up features a number of musicians surpassing every genre, from Balearic to Baltimore, Afro-house to French house.

The superclub is also set to host a brand new area this year from the team behind East London’s Night Tales, hosting a roof garden and signature cocktail menu.

This weekend, Amnesia opens for the first time in some three years. After a one-off show in late 2021, Amnesia will see in a slew of guests over the course of the weekend.
