'Silver Golden Needle' released yesterday (January 1) via little known imprint "N. A.", marking Cook's first single since the closure of his label PC Music.
Last year, Cook announced that the London-based record label and art collective would stop releasing music in the new year.
In a statement released in June the label explained: "After a decade of activity, 2023 will be PC Music’s final year of new releases."

PC Music frequently collaborated with the likes of the late SOPHIE, Kero Kero Bonito and Carly Rae Jepsen.
Cook has also worked on collaborative projects with artists such as 100 gecs and Caroline Polachek, as well as creatively directing projects with Charli XCX .
