We Out Here Festival announce first of 2022 line-up

Tim Reaper, Parris, Jossy Mitsu and Jamz Supernova are amongst those announced

We Out Here Festival have just announced the first set of performers for its 2022 event.

The event, curated by broadcaster and DJ Gilles Peterson in collaboration with Worldwide FM and Brownswood Recordings, returns to Abbots Ripton for its third year after a sell-out edition in 2021.

The festival will be taking place from August 25 to August 28.

The line-up includes some of the biggest name DJs, selectors, producers and electronic groups in the scene including, Jossy Mitsu, Charlie Dark, Coco Maria, Jamz Supernova, Parris, Tim Reaper, Goldie, Overmono, Yung Singh and Charlie Bones.

Hessle Audio celebrate 15 years of the seminal imprint and there will be a full house of Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound present at the fesitval.

In a statement, the festival organisers have said that they will "continue to showcase some of the world’s best record collections and celebrate club culture’s far-reaching influences."

As well as electronic performers and DJs, the line-up includes rapper John Glacier and jazz artists Emma-Jean Thackray and Nala Sinephro.

In an Instagram caption, the festival wrote: "We are beyond excited to be uniting some of our favourite artists next August for another celebration of live music, club culture and emerging talent. Many more names to come next year too."

We Out Here also provides a variety of fitness, family, and cultural events, such as seminars, an independent record fair, wild swimming, and a roller disco, in addition to the musical programme.

Full specifics, as well as many more people joining the line-up, will be unveiled early next year.
