Sega Bodega shares details of third studio album, 'Dennis'
The new record, which will land on Bodega's ambient tweets imprint next month, is said to centred around "sleeplessness"
Sega Bodega has shared details of his third studio album, 'Dennis', which is set to land on his new ambient tweets label on April 26.
Consisting of 11 tracks, the album is said to be "introspective," as well as being a "club record to lose yourself in."
Inspired by a period of turbulence in the Paris-based artist's life, 'Dennis' is set to explore themes of sleeplessness, conjuring the feeling of "a day in which you can't be sure you woke up at all".

Four singles from the upcoming album are available to stream now, including Bodega's latest track 'Elk Skin' — which features vocals from Cecile Believe.
'Deer Teeth' which landed January 29, is reported to be inspired by a Mesolithic burial of a woman and her baby in Denmark. The mother and child were discovered to have been buried in 200 deer teeth, from which the track's title is derived.
The record features vocals from Kiss Facility's Mayah Alkhateri, a UAE-born and bred artist, whose indie-rock sound is laced with Arabic influences.

Described as a "piece of hazy, forward-thinking electronic music" by Stereogum, 'Deer Teeth' is a synth-heavy melody with hymn-like vocals.
'Dennis' follows Bodega's second album, 'Romeo', which was released in 2021 and saw the musician combining influences of electronic, pop and classical piano with an experimental flair.
Bodega shared news of his intentions for his latest release via Twitter, writing "I wanted this album to sit and question: did you wake up or are you still dreaming".
The Ireland-born, Glasgow-raised and Paris-based musician has built a catalogue of solo releases whilst contributing to the work of Shygirl, Eartheater and Caroline Polchek.
Bodega has just finished an eight-week 6Music residency on "Lose Yourself with..." which is available for listening on the BBC website now.
