Lil Uzi Vert changes their pronouns to they/them

The rapper revealed this change on their Instagram account before their team confirmed the news

Lil Uzi Vert's pronouns are now they/them after the rapper changed their Instagram bio.

People that use they/them pronouns can fit into a range of identities including, non-binary, gender nonconforming, genderfluid, agender and others.

The only sense of a statement from the rapper was on Sunday after Yeat tweeted the “Yo they” which got the reply from Uzi, “Yo yeat,” along with a saluting emoji.

Lil Uzi Vert will be releasing their new EP ‘Red & White’ soon with no date confirmed as of yet however, in the meantime, they have in the last few days released three new songs on SoundCloud.

The surprise drops on SoundCloud are ‘I Know’ and ‘Space Cadet’ that came out in the last few days with 'Flex Up' out today.

Earlier this month, Lil Uzi Vert reportedly left a fan needing medical attention after throwing another fan’s phone back into the crowd from the stage at their Wireless festival show.

Uzi played at Wireless in Crystal Palace on July 1, and videos from different angles started circulating on TikTok of the rapper throwing the phone while performing their 2016 track ‘Money Longer’.

The phone then reportedly struck a fan, who was left with a bloody gash on her head that needed to be closed with skin glue.
