Fabio & Grooverider to head up one-off show at Royal Festival Hall

The DJ duo will perform alongside The Outlook Orchestra

Fabio & Grooverider will headline a one-off show alongside the Outlook Orchestra highlighting the history of drum 'n' bass next year.

Covering a rich 25 years of the genre's history, the performance on January 29 at London's Royal Festival Hall will be Fabio & Grooverider’s first collaboration with the dynamic orchestra.

The event will be celebrating the history of drum 'n' bass and jungle with the unique collaboration to take a new spin on some classic tracks.

The performance will also feature visuals rave and acid house inspired visuals from London-based audiovisual artist and VJ, Paul Mortimore — who has worked with the likes of Goldie and Carl Cox.

The influential Fabio & Grooverider have worked throughout the music industry from pirate radio to their heralded club night Rage and then onto stations such as Kiss and BBC Radio 1.

The Outlook Orchestra was founded in 2017 when Croatian festival Outlook partnered up with the Southbank Centre for an event.

Since then the orchestra have gone to work with the likes of Loyle Carner, Mala and will be performing live with David Rodigan next summer.

They are also known for their special performances recreating tracks from the electronic music scene so that crowds can hear these classics in a different form.
