LWE and Mainstage have partnered up to bring a brand new festival, SISO, to the Albanian Riviera this coming summer.

Making its debut this year, SISO is set to take place from September 14 - 20 in Dhërmi, South Albania, in the same location as its sister festivals ION and KALA.

"We are over the moon to announce SISO Festival, a new destination festival in Dhërmi, Albania, from LWE and Mainstage,” says Marketing and Promotions Manager Jeff Gray.

“Channelling the spirit of iconic beachside parties, with a music policy reflective of today's varied tastes, SISO is an end-of-summer celebration of global dance music, providing festival-goers with an intimate 5-day experience in one of Europe's most spectacular locations.”

The first names announced for SISO’s debut include Denis Sulta, Louise Chen, Interplanetary Criminal, Ell Murphy, Dr Dubplate, Kitty Amor, Patrick Topping, Kettama, and Emerald.

“With a line-up that includes the hottest DJs and brands in dance music, this is the ultimate summer closing party featuring exclusive villa and pool parties,” explains Gray.

SISO is set to take place just a week after LWE’s ION Festival, which will go ahead this year in the same location along the southern Albanian coastline.

Amongst this year’s partnerships, SISO brings in Ibiza’s Amnesia for a Pyramid takeover, EC2A, Foundation FM, FLY, and plenty more.

The 3,000-capacity event is also set to feature villa parties, secret beach events, and a host of specially curated stages selected by a handful of names on this year’s line-up. Each stage will host parties throughout the day and night.
