The last ever Emerson Moog Modular System is being built and will sell for $150,000
The three-of-a-kind machine is an exact replica of Moog and Emerson's 1970s masterpiece
The last ever Emerson Moog Modular System is currently being built and will be shown at this year's Sweetwater Gearfest on June 23 and 24.
The original EMMS was developed by Dr. Robert Moog and famed composer-inventor Keith Emerson over many years in the 1970s. The remarkably complex piece of technology was the only of its kind to exist until 2011 when the Moog corporation began research to recreate to pair's collaborative creation.
Now, the third and final Emerson Moog Modular System, handcrafted just like the original, will be demonstrated and sold for $150,000 through Sweetwater later this month.
