Swedish House Mafia officially reunite at Ultra Music Festival
Axwell, Ingrosso and Angello are back after a five year hiatus
Throughout all of 2018 leading up to the 20th edition of Ultra Music Festival in Miami, rumors have been swirling about the potential reuniting of supergroup Swedish House Mafia. On the final day and closing set of the festival, the trio took to the same stage where they had played their "final show" five years ago.
"My name is Axwell, this is Sebastian Ingrosso and this is Steve Angello," Axwell said on the mic at the top of their set. "Miami, you know we are the Swedish House Mafia."
The group launched into the set with their cherished favorites, 'Miami 2 Ibiza', 'Greyhound' and 'Antidote' as well as plays of Steve Angello's 'Remember'.
