Rounding out summer 2016, the Dirtybird crew brought their world-famous beats and BBQ mini-festivals across the United States, stopping in San Francisco, Seattle, Detroit and New York City. Most of the core birds made their way around, following each BBQ, but label boss Claude VonStroke made sure to welcome special and surprise label characters all along the way.

The sold out kickoff BBQ took place on Treasure Island in San Francisco and featured the original cast of Players including J.Phlip, Justin Martin, Christian Martin, Ardalan, Worthy and, of course, VonStroke himself. The following day, the picturesque Seattle BBQ dropped right underneath the Space Needle and saw the addition of label favorites Kill Frenzy and Shiba San.

Most notably, Claude VonStroke gave back to his hometown of Detroit with a two-day festival on Belle Island, which featured some of the aforementioned talents, plus Will Clarke, Marshall Applewhite, Dateless and Golf Clap. For the closing event, the crew found their way to the NYC BBQ on Governors Island with funky tech house DJ duo Walker & Royce added to the bill.
