Following the heartbreaking news that supergroup Moderat would be going on an indefinite hiatus following the release of their third album, both Apparat and Berlin duo Modeselektor have turned back to their individual projects.

Modeselektor has updated their page with a brand new logo, giving us reason to believe that new material is on the way. The digital company Pfadfinderei, who were charged with the task of creating this new logo, tweeted the image today with the message: “Expect some cool stuff coming with it soon."

Modeselektor's Monkeytown Records imprint has released a number of noteworthy releases this past summer from FJAAK, Dark Sky and Gajek, as well as a new album from label veteran Siriusmo.

On October 18, Monkeytown x Intercell will be hosting a label at H7 Warehouse in Amsterdam during ADE. Shed, FJAAK, Dark Sky, rROXYMORE, Gajek, Siriusmo and Modeselektor are all slated to perform what is bound to be a great party.
