Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter produced Arcade Fire's latest album
You can hear the first bit off the album 'Everything Now'
Much of 2016 was spent lusting after a Daft Punk original (as usual) but instead, receiving their co-production credits on larger pop acts like The Weeknd's 'I Feel It Coming'.
Seems the duo are in no hurry to welcome the spotlight back on their own career, instead continuing to take the production lead on other acts' releases, this time for Arcade Fire. The band has just unveiled their new LP 'Everything Now', which credits Thomas Bangalter of the robotic duo on production duties for the entirety of the record along with producer Stevey Mackey.
The first single and title track of the album has arrived, showing off the subtle but noticeable funk and disco sound likely credited to Bangalter's synth work.
