Shazam's Ibiza tracks to watch
The future Ibiza anthems bubbling under this season
Last year's Shazam Ibiza chart predicted some of the season's biggest dance hits. We used our geo-location data to locate the most popular dance tracks on the White Isle. Many of the tunes we highlighted at the start of the season went on to become the island's most anthemic tracks, including Patrick Topping's 'Forget' and Oliver
Looking forward to the 2015 season, there's no shortage of songs already resonating on Shazam that could cross over in Ibiza. Frank Wiedemann & Ry X's collaboration, 'Howling', had one of the big Ibiza tunes of last year. Their new song, 'Signs', is already making waves on the underground. With a new album out from the duo in the summer, and their debut single still in the Shazam charts after a year, they'll be an act to keep an eye on. Jamie Jones continued to be a force on the island in 2014 both as head of the Hot Creations label and promoter of Paradise at DC10. His new signing, Denny, may follow in the footsteps of Patrick Topping with 'Low Frequency', which has been moving up the Shazam charts for two months. Duke Dumont's re-released 'The Giver' is already resonating massively with Shazam's UK audience. With gigs lined up for Dumont at Sankeys Ibiza, he'll likely remain a big draw in 2015. Finally, George FitzGerald is piquing Shazam users' interest with 'Full Circle' and 'Crystallise', two tracks from his forth-coming album 'Fading Love'. His brand of tasteful house is sure to be popular across Ibiza, not least the Amnesia opener at which he'll be headlining.
