First launched in 2014 as a boutique event, Sandbox takes place annually in the coastal town of El Gouna on the Red Sea, close to the city of Hurghada.

Priding itself on local bookings and “immersive stage design”, Sandbox showcases acts across four “individually designed and bespoke” stages, including an all-new augmented beach stage platforming local and regional talent.

Other stages this year include the Main Stage, as well as the Sandbox Stage, a hub for late-night music, and Groovebox, a techno-dedicated space on the beachfront.

On top of musical offerings, Sandbox 2024 will also see the return of beachside activities including yoga, sound healing, detox shots, massages, cacao ceremonies, and silent discos.
