Operating under the mantra "big tunes for big hearts" and driven by musicality, the artist himself - who champions the sounds and stories of South Asian creatives in his role as Project Manager and visual Designer for Daytimers and has written multiple essays on race, class and privilege in the industry - has himself taken care of the artwork, mixing and mastering for the album.

"It’s melancholia turned up so loud you can’t ignore it," he says on the record. "It’s a deafening barrage of emotions designed for super clubs. It’s unsubtle, it’s unabashed, it’s unrelenting, and it wears its heart on its sleeve. It’s unmistakably a work of intent."

With its opener a thrilling breakbeat powerhouse before its follow up bringing a brutalist UK tinge to affairs, the record instantly reflect's Works Of Intent's non-confirmist, genre-busting approach to his productions.

Followed by tracks which include - but are not limited to - wailing synths, ethereal sprinklings, hefty kick drums, Berlin-style techno and even dubstep minimalism, it is a truly all-encompassing debut LP.
