Amnesia Ibiza has once again been targeted by Spanish police.

In July authorities arrested four of the club's staff, including owner Martin Ferrer, on charges of money laundering, raided the club for 17 hours, and seized €2 million from its premises. All four arrested men are currently out on bail.

Now a further €300,000 in cash has been confiscated from security boxes belonging to Ferrer from the Banco Sabadell and BMN banks in Ibiza Town, report Diari De Ibiza. A third deposit box located on a boat possessed by Ferrer was also searched, but turned up no results.

The existence of the boxes has been known to the police since July, and yesterday a court order was issued by magistrate Carmen Marín allowed the money to be seized and officially recorded.

This news follows another troubling week for the Ibiza nightspot, after a Music On event running beyond curfew caused the club to lose its late-night license for its closing party, that takes place tomorrow.
