Authorities return for a 17-hour raid at Amnesia Ibiza
Suspects under investigation were revealed following the initial search
Yesterday morning, the owner of Amnesia Ibiza was arrested during an anti-drug police raid.
Despite minor discrepancies that appeared on social media, the nightclub's festivities proceeded as usual. However, this morning, a second raid was incited by the Guardia Civil around 7am and continued for 17 hours.
The day-long raid was reportedly focused on financial crimes over anti-drug efforts. Diario De Ibiza has confirmed that those arrested and under investigation are the club's owner Martin Ferrer, his son and Amnesia's artistic director, Marti Ferrer and business management and accountant David de Felipe and Vincete Pérez de Montis.
The police are investigating the venue as well as other properties and accounts owned by the Amnesia team.
HYTE and Amnesia have confirmed their events will proceed as planned tonight.
