Amnesia Ibiza's closing party on October 8 will have to end earlier than planned after losing its late-night licence.

Local police made the decision after Music On ran until 9am last Friday, three hours later than the legal 6am cut-off point. Earlier this year, authorities forced the club to end the season's opening party at 6am following the introduction of stricter legislation in Ibiza.

The season's closing bash usually runs until midday, but will have to end earlier after the decision by Ibiza council member Juanjo Ferrer.

Claptone, Hannah Wants and Gorgon City are playing in the Main Room at the closing party, with the Terrace in the hands of Apollonia, Ricardo Villalobos and more.
