Simple Things finalises bill with Kano and Squarepusher

Charlotte Church is also bringing her Late Night Pop Dungeon to the party

Simple Things has announced the final wave artists joining the bill for its 2016 edition.

Kano arrives to take up the headline slot, Squarepusher is set to bring his groundbreaking Shobaleader One live show, and Charlotte Church’s Late Night Pop Dungeon will see the Welsh singer perform a string of pop hits with her band.

Further additions to the Bristol festival include Flamingods, Bayonne, Iglooghost, Klangstof, Plastic Mermaids, Gramrcy and Darwin.

These acts join a line-up already featuring heavyweights such as Ben UFO, Metronomy, Helena Hauff, Jessy Lanza, Nina Kraviz and dBridge.

Simple Things takes place across October 22 to 23, tickets are on sale now.

Across October 17 to 19 the Simple Things EXT programme of panels, workshops and performances will be hosted across Bristol with Dopplereffekt, Mark Burnett and The British Paraorchestra making appearances. Tickets are available here.
