There's absolutely no denying the trap explosion that's happened around the world over the last few years, especially in America. Poster boys for the genre like RL Grime and Baauer have been lighting up venues all around the world with their leaned-out and often outrageous trap monsters.

The always on-point Boys Noize Records has been veering towards a more eclectic sound of late, veering away from their predominatly techno and electro vibe and this is perfectly encompassed in their new Miami Noize compilation.

This is the fifth instalment of the various artist CD and tracks by SCNTST, Rynecologist, Sinden & Astronomar and Etnik all feature on the comp, in a notoriously heavy capacity. The track we're most excited about however is by masked trapmaster UZ and it's called 'Break Point'

The Mad Decent, Mau5trap and Fools Gold regular has built a reputation for no-holds-barred, gnarly trap music and his new one can be filed under that description exactly. Intense builds, explosive drops and some seriously good percussion make this an essential for any half-time fan. Check it.
