Premiere: Octo Octa flips Few Nolder’s ‘Porcelain’ into a lush, late-night, house trip
Out this week on Needwant
Few Nolder has been making a name for himself for a decade, cultivating his rich, colourful sound and penchant for rolling grooves through releases on the likes of the acclaimed Planet Mu, SODAI and Connoisseur.
Following on from his debut release on London imprint Needwant last year, he returns to soundtrack your summer nights with a vibrant display of refined dance music on his four-track cut, 'Porcelain EP'.
Stepping up for remix duties on the EP closer is 100% Silk and Honey Soundsystem affiliate Octo Octa, bringing her signature, lush house stylings to the title track, ‘Porcelain’.
It’s an epic remix, rolling past the 10-minute mark with confident ease, with a slice of dreamy nostalgia thrown in for good measure alongside a gurgling bassline and slow-building weight.
‘Porcelain EP’ is out July 7 on Needwant.
