Applications for NTS' Work In Progress 2020 programme are open

NTS has announced that applications for its one-year, Work In Progress artist development programme (NTS WIP 2020) are now open.

NTS WIP 2020 – which is co-funded by the Arts Council England with Carhartt WIP, alongside a range of audio and cultural partners – will help six artists (from a range of different backgrounds and genres) take the next step in their careers.

The programme will provide NTS WIP artists with: audio equipment (Audio Technica, Native Instruments, Pioneer DJ), Studio Access (Ten 87 Studios, Real World Studios, NTS Radio Studios), paid performance opportunities, a guest NTS radio show, press photos, mentoring sessions from music industry experts, NTS support and promotion, in addition to Carhartt clothing.

Head here to apply; the application deadline is Friday November 1 2019 at 23:59 GMT.

Last year's participants included Aya (fka LOFT) (pictured), Azadi.mp3, Contour, Crystallmess, LA Timpa, Lecx Stacy, Lucinda Chua and re:ni.
