Located between Store Street and Ducie Street, the venue includes a night market, brewery, restaurants and festival stage.

On top of this, it hosts the city's largest beer garden and creative hub as well as a recording studio and dance studio.

More music-focused events are set to take place at Diecast with “immersive, art house dance parties”.

According to its website, due to the scale of the once fully functioning factory, it has already been used as a backdrop for a number of films, TV series and music videos.

Creative Director, Adelaide Winter says in a statement: “The Factory floor is available for creative events, filmmakers, musicians and event producers to use. This is the first part of establishing Diecast as a new creative resource for the city.

“We’ve had venues before, but never a whole neighbourhood!”

After its grand opening on the weekend, the space is officially running with bookings available here.
