Michael Bibi announces return to the decks, with 2024 tour 'One Life'
After his recovery from cancer, Michael Bibi announces the 2024 tour ‘One Life’.
Michael Bibi has announced a 2024 tour, marking the DJs return to the decks following a battle against cancer last year.
Details for the tour, titled One Life, are yet to be announced — though fans can sign up to pre-register for tickets now.
Bibi was diagnosed last June with primary Central Nervous System (CNS) lymphoma, a rare form of brain and spinal cord cancer. The former Mixmag cover star, known for selling out major clubs around the world, was forced to cancel all upcoming performances.
In an Instagram post breaking the news, Bibi wrote, “I don't know what lies ahead, I'm tired, but I know I am strong and I won't let this beat me.”

The tragic news was met with support from the music industry and fans worldwide.
Initially garnering acclaim for his approach to electronic music, Bibi is recognized as a pillar of the industry with the success of Solid Grooves alongside various projects, including events and label work.
In November, Bibi announced he had begun his final stages of treatment. His update to fans read, “If all goes well, this will be the final yet toughest part of my journey. It will hit me hard & could take months of recovery, but the end goal is being 100% cancer-free.”
Emerging from 100 days of treatment, Bibi turned up to the Solid Grooves closing party in Ibiza to perform an emotional surprise set. Triumphantly, the world celebrated with Bibi in December when the DJ broadcast that he had beaten cancer, no later than 6 months after his initial diagnosis.
