Logos is unleashing the 'Imperial Flood' on new album
The new album from the Different Circles honcho lands April 12
Different Circles co-founder Logos has announced a new album.
Titled ‘Imperial Flood’, the album follows up the underground innovator’s last full-length ‘Cold Mission’ which landed five years ago on Keysound Recordings. The highly influential debut showcased the producer’s now signature blend of atmospherics and spacey, weightless bass mutations.
On his latest, Logos is exploring “dark and altered pastoral material” according to a press release. Citing the likes of Jeff VanderMeer, Christopher Priest, Lando and JG Ballard as album influences, Logos also tapped into “the trance-inducing agrarian topography of eastern England” for the release.
Written between 2015 and 2018, the nine-track album also features a new collaboration with fellow Different Circles founder Mumdance.
Different Circles will release ‘Imperial Flood’ on April 12. Tune into lead track ‘Arrival (T2 Mix)’ below.
