Liverpool's Electronic Sound Summit has announced its schedule for 2021

The Electronic Sound summit is back for 2021, boasting an expansive lineup of contributors.

Panels, talks, masterclasses and a host of other events are set to take place at the summit, which will be taking place at a number of venues within Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, including Brick Street and Baltic Hotel.

Speaking about the event, an organiser, Phil Noone said:

“ESS:2021 is arguably our most critical event to date. In light of the current international struggles the Music Industry is facing, we need to reconnect to the industry and discuss these issues as a community to ensure a healthy regeneration, while also celebrating what dance music means to all of us, past, present and future.“

More than 50 artists, promoters and industry figures will appear at the event, with Steven Braines, Jaguar (pictured), Bushwacka!, Lauren Lo Sung, Futurebound and several others scheduled.

The summit will also look back at the challenges the music industry has faced over the course of the pandemic, with the NTIA (Night Time Industries Association) hosting a special event titled ‘Value, Recognition & Voice In Dance Music, with Yousef, Maria May, and other all making an appearance on the panel.

Pioneer and Ableton will also be hosting workshops and demonstrations of their products and software.

The Electronic Sound Summit is set to take place on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 of September from 11:00AM to 18:00PM. You can find more information about the event and tickets here.
