Jeremy Corbyn added to list of MCs appearing at anti-racism protest rave in London
The protest rave, run by R3 Soundsystem, takes place outside Downing Street this weekend
Jeremy Corbyn has been added to the line-up of MCs appearing at HOUSE AGAINST HATE this weekend, an anti-racism protest rave taking place outside Downing Street.
The Islington North MP will speak alongside Drag Race star Bimini Bon-Boulash, British fashion designer Katharine Hamnett, comedian and drag queen Jonny Woo, and BBC presenter Normski.
Corbyn is due to appear at the protest rave on Saturday, March 16, between 3:PM and 7:PM outside Downing Street, where the mobile event will kick off.
HOUSE AGAINST HATE is organised by R3 Soundsystem and Black Artist Database, with support from Stand Up To Racism UK, Love Music Hate Racism, and HOMO-CENTRIC Records, as part of the United Nations Anti-Racism Day.

The line-up also features a number of DJs and performers across the day, including The Blessed Madonna, Hot Chip, NIKS, Eliza Rose, Jamz Supernova, Leon Vynehall, A Guy Called Gerald, DJ Paulette, Shanti Celeste, and plenty more.
“On 16th March 2024, R3 Soundsystem’s HOUSE AGAINST HATE mobile protest unit will be parked outside Downing Street to welcome thousands of demonstrators from the main London demo,” reads a post from GIDEÖN and Stand Up To Racism UK.
The event protests against the “racist, xenophobic, transphobic, anti-immigrant, genocide enabling contingent in the UK establishment,” according to the post.

Donations will also be collected in support of Medical Aid For Palestinians (MAP), and protestors are encouraged to bring cash to donate.
In November, Jeremy Corbyn's Peace and Justice project launched a #MusicForACeasefire open letter from artists, musicians and performers to call for a ceasefire in Gaza and an end to the bombardment of Palestine.
Over 300 artists including The Blessed Madonna, Midland, Becky Hill, Ghetts, and Primal Scream signed the letter, calling for the UK and US government to stand up for humanity and condemn the collective punishment of Palestinian people.
