Star B - aka Mark Broom and Riva Starr - have released their new EP 'Love Will Remain'.

Available on Radio Slave's iconic Rekids, the record showcases two tracks which fuse disco and funk infusions with house and techno, plus added powerhouse vocals and thumping production.

'Love Will Remain' is the lead of the release. It brings heavy, pumping drum beats plus spoken word with heavy influences of funk and disco throughout for a groove-laden A-side.

Following the opener is 'I've Got Joy'. Its infectious, soulful vocals are the star component throughout, with stabs of synth and percussive-led melodies cementing the track as a compelling club-ready cut.

“We’re both long-term admirers of the label’s musical journey & love what Rekids represents, so adding Star B to the long list of artists they’ve released is a great honour and achievement," the duo explain.

As individuals, both Starr and Broom have released on Rekids as well as other renowned labels such as Hot Creations and Starr's Snatch! Records. They teamed up to perform under the moniker Star B in 2019, when their debut 'Gotta Have You' was released, with the intention of drawing upon influences from the past and reimagining house and techno.
