Faithless spoke on the significant timing of the show writing "Some shows have already been announced but we couldn't start the summer without a little personal note. Maxi died just over a year ago and obviously we miss him every day".
Faithless' last live show took place at London's Brixton Academy April 8 and was broadcast live in cinemas in what the band called "a goodbye", to their fans.
After a 15-year career, the 'insomnia' music group went their separate ways in 2011 after releasing their sixth album, 'The Dance' in 2010.
Tickets will be available from Friday 26.
