Australia’s Confidence Man has shared a free download of the illustrious producer Andrew Weatherall’s remix of ‘Bubblegum’, the latest single from the four-piece band.
Featuring downtempo motif paired with quirky sound textures of funk and acid, Weatherall's remix transforms the Confidence Man track while highlighting the whimsical vocal hook of the original.
Since recently emerging, Confidence Man has signed to UK label Heavenly Recordings, the outlet that’s also home to the likes of Temples, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Stealing Sheep and Mark Lanegan. Next month they’ll kick off a European and Australian tour making stops in Brighton, London and more.
