The Lab LDN is Mixmag’s weekly live event, powered by AlphaTheta, where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous office party.

On Thursday, October 10, we’re excited to showcase Confidence Man in The Lab LDN. Sign up for guestlist here.

Brisbane-hailing group Confidence Man have been the talk of the town for the last few years, breaking through Australia’s electronic-pop scene before relocating to the UK and taking Europe by storm with their high-energy sets at Glastonbury, AVA Festival, Body Movements, and beyond. Made up of Janet Planet and Sugar Bones - who provide vocals and ferocious dance routines - as well as Reggie Goodchild and Clarence McGuffie - the masked pair who DJ and perform live - Australia’s famed foursome have become somewhat of a spectacle with their off-kilter style of performing.

Recent years have seen ConMan collaborate with the likes of DJ Seinfeld, Daniel Avery, and DJ Boring, and host their beloved club night, Active Scenes, across London. This Thursday, the group are set to head to Mixmag HQ just ahead of the release of their third studio album, ‘3AM (La La La)’, on Polydor. The record promises some fun, flirty, and back-to-basics rave anthems inspired by London’s queer club scene, ecstatic moments on the dancefloor, and pure unfiltered hedonism.

As always, space will be limited. It’s first come, first serve, so make sure you get down early - doors open at 6:PM. Sign up for guestlist here.

Catch the stream after the event over on MixmagTV.
