A new thirty-minute radio documentary exploring the weird world of the iconic producer.
Yesterday (July 3) BBC Radio 4 aired a brand new documentary surrounding Aphex Twin and the mysteries around his career.
Titled The Cult of Aphex Twin, the documentary is hosted by The Quietus editor and music writer John Doran and features insights from comedian Vic Reeves and David Toop.
John Doran describes Aphex Twin as “a musician that helped define the sound of electronic music of the 1990s” and “one of popular music’s most important producers”.
Doran explores the unusual phenomenon of the producer’s career, the wild rumours that have circulated around him and his various musical influences.
