US dubstep kingpin Bassnectar is taking his concern over the mental health of his fans to new heights. Spearheaded by his nonprofit organization Be Interactive, which uses "radical kindness" and creativity to raise money for charity, Bassnectar is giving 1,000 of his fans free one-month long therapy sessions on the e-counseling platform, Better Help.

Using the proceeds from the artist's Twelfth annual Bass Center event in Virginia, Bassnectar has created what's being called the Interactive Support and Guidance Project. It's a program that calls on any of his fans who struggle with anxiety, depression, and various interpersonal issues to sign up for a chance to win four free therapy sessions with a mental health professional.

The program emphasizes that it is there to help people better themselves and keep their minds healthy, and essentially, happy. They make a point to remind us that you don't have to be in crisis to seek therapy.
