Win a bottle of Ballantine’s and Flying Goose sriracha sauce signed by RZA

Wu-Tang Clan frontman RZA, world-renowned Scotch whisky brand Ballantine's, and sriracha pioneers Flying Goose have created an all-new sauce — and you could be in with a chance to win a bottle signed by RZA himself.

The tongue-tingling hot sauce takes inspiration from Ballantine's 7 American Barrel, a taste that is reminiscent of the unmistakable taste of Scotch whilst keeping the heat of Flying Goose's sriracha — all the while remaining alcohol-free.

Red apples, ripe pear and creamy caramel are added to the brand's sriracha sauce for an unlikely but unabashedly tasty condiment that comes with a Scotch-inspired kick.

RZA, both a vegan and an Asian food-lover, told Mixmag that he likes to get "extra creative how I make and cook food, experimenting with bold flavours, textures and ingredients."

"I'm bringing Ballantine's and Flying Goose together to break the mould of what incredible flavour should taste like, to bring something truly original, surprising and unexpected to the world."

The "one-of-a-kind fusion" is suitable for a wide range of uses in the kitchen on the dining table, either to spice up your fried chicken, as a dip for your corn fritters or in RZA's speciality creamy tofu ramen, the recipe of which is now available to uncover on the Ballantine's website.

This partnership follows previous work redesigning a vinyl deck with Crosley and working with Neighborhood on a clothing collection, Ballantine's and RZA's linkup with Flying Goose is their "hottest" collaboration yet, according to Chivas Brothers marketing director Paul-André Vacheron.
