Arthi announces her first-ever residency at London’s Phonox

Arthi has announced her debut residency at South London's Phonox, set to take place every Friday in April.

The multi-genre DJ will be delivering four events at the club, fusing the sounds of reggaeton, UKG, UK funky and Baile funk — with a line-up handpicked by Arthi each night, yet to be announced.

Party-goers can experience "never-heard-before edits from Arthi" at what has been called an event that is “more than a musical spectacle."

The DJ and professional dancer has said that she will be celebrating her "passion for music and dance" during the four-week residency — giving crowds “true immersion” into the sounds that have shaped her life.

Arthi shares: "I am thrilled to announce my very first club residency at Phonox in London this April. If you've seen me since my first Phonox show last year, you know I won’t stop raving about the sound system, the crowd, and the unmatched energy.

She adds: “It's been months in the making to carefully curate four eclectic nights that showcase artists and sounds from around the world that deeply inspire me.

"These nights are a deeply personal immersion into the sounds that have raised me, and I can't wait to share this experience with all of you. It’s going to be a riot!”

The team behind Phonox have shared: "This is not just a series of parties; it's a movement, an uprising orchestrated by dancers for dancers. It's a jubilant convergence where music and dance collide, fueled by the unparalleled energy that only Arthi can unleash”.

Currently holding a residency at Phonox is previous Mixmag cover star Peach who is playing every Friday of February before handing over this Friday residency to Hunee through March.
