Amotik links up with Deluka for split techno 12", launches new imprint
AMTK+ is an extension of his already established self-titled label dedicated to featuring other artists on split-EPs
Amotik has teamed up with Italian producer Deluka to share a four-track collaborative techno EP, marking the first release on his new imprint AMTK+.
Acting as an extension of his self-titled imprint, which Amotik has been releasing his own music via for several years, the Berlin-based producer and DJ has dubbed his latest avenue as a space to focus on featuring other artists via split EPs.
The debut release - 'AMTK+001' - is a stripped back, driving affair, sharing heaps of meditative and spiralling techno to set the tone for future releases.

AMTK+ is not merely a space for housing music which Amotik deems resonating; it is to act as a space for nurturing talent and relationships built over the years.
“I was given many opportunities from kind people around me when I first moved to Berlin and started my own label, so I’ve been wanting to be able to collaborate with others for some time now," he explains. "Having recently quit my day job, I finally have the time and energy to work on this project and focus on A&R. I always get sent such amazing music from producers to play in my DJ sets, and the idea behind the sub-label is to create a solid community of like-minded artists who I fully believe in and whose music has resonated with me over the years.
"As this project is a labour of love, I know all artists personally in some way, so it’s very important to me that this is not just another record label but also the forming of a collective of like-minded souls with a shared musical vision.

"All releases have been tried and tested over and over again in my DJ sets, so I’m really excited to present this new project and share the music that I love. If you’ve heard any of my DJ sets over the last year, you will have heard these tracks before.”
You can get your hands on the vinyl edition of 'AMTK+001' now with the digital edition set to drop on March 31. Get both here.
