Ibiza’s 2019 season may only be at the midway point but Pyramid pulled off a party with the feel of a grand finale at Amnesia on Monday, with Four Tet topping the bill at his only scheduled White Isle appearance of the summer.

On top of that exclusive, the beloved artist was joined by Ibiza favourites such as tINI, Charlotte de Witte, Matador, Rhadoo and Len Faki to ensure vibes across the Club Room and Terrace were peaking from start to finish.

tINI kept her selections trippy and rolling early on, leading into Four Tet taking the reins for a triumphant slot chock-full of his own material alongside bangers by the likes of Daniele Papini, Floating Points, KMA Productions, Joy Orbison, Mathew Jonson and Konx-om-Pax. As Amnesia put it: “Four Tet has killed our DJ booth!”.

Rhadoo took on the task of following on from Four Tet to close out the Terrace, masterfully moving through all manner of unidentifiable gems and sending Shazams across the dancefloor back to school to study up.

The Club Room saw darker and more intense sounds unleashed across the night. Matador pummelled the floor early on with pneumatic techno, which Charlotte de Witte and Len Faki carried through ‘til close with selections from the likes of Spektre, Hell Driver and Slam amid a haze of sinister red lighting and smoke spraying from the walls.

Listen to a selection of the bangers aired below and look out for the full review coming in a future print issue of Mixmag.
