An icon of dance music since 1991, when he started his iconic Club Shelter events in New York City, Timmy Regisford has helped to pioneer the soulful house music sound that has influenced the current face of house music.
He has held various high profile positions in all areas of the music industry, having been A&R Director of Atlantic Records, Vice President of A&R at Motown Records, Vice President of A&R at Dreamworks Records and being credited for remix projects of music legends including The Boys, Diana Ross, Gerald Alston and Stevie Wonder.
This year marks 30 years of Nervous Records and 30 years of his Shelter brand. Recently, Timmy has produced sold out parties in New York, and has released a series of acclaimed compilations on Nervous Records entitled 'Soulful Respect'.
