Rhyw will 'Loom High' on his new EP
He’ll be making a return to his own Fever AM imprint
Berlin-based Rhyw has announced a new four-track EP ‘Loom High’. It will be released on June 26 via Fever AM, the imprint that Rhyw runs with Mor Elian.
The announcement is accompanied by the release of lead single ‘It Was All Happening’; a distorted and dissociated vocal sample speaks over a frenetic, bassy instrumental that rumbles reluctantly through to its conclusion.
The EP as a whole is forceful and energetic, exhibiting the darkly anxious techno that Rhyw has become renowned for.

‘Loom High’ follows Rhyw’s single ‘Biggest Bully / Felt’ on Fever AM last year, but it will be his third EP of 2020 after ‘Sing Sin’ in March and ‘Corpora Part II’, a VA he contributed to with Pris_ and Svreca.
Rhyw’s forthcoming EP follows the recent compilation on Fever AM ‘“I Hope You Are Well During These Strange Times”’, which was released towards the beginning of lockdown and for which all profits go directly to the artists involved.
