New club, Fvtvr, to open in Paris next week

The 700-capacity venue will be located beneath the Cité de la Mode et du Design

A new nightclub is set to open next week in Paris.

Fvtvr, is the all-new 700 capacity venue based under the Cité de la Mode et du Design – a multi-level arts and culture venue at the site of an old warehouse on the quai d'Austerlitz in Paris.

The club space will be retaing its inductrial archetecture with minimalist design yet embracing the new with the latest L-Acoustics sound system.

Running it’s first night next Friday, June 16, Fvtvr will continue from there to throw parties on Fridays and Saturdays as well as the occasional mid-week one.

The opening party will have the Hippie Dance label bosses, Pachanga Boys playing all night long marking their return to Paris for the first time in five years.

After that, the following day will see Belgian live group Stavroz perform.

Billed for the next coming months include the likes of Traumer, Acid Pauli and Lola Palmer as well as a collaboration with French fashion publication Antidote Magazine.

Earlier this year, another nightclub opened in Paris named Phantom.

The new super-club is located at 8 Boulevard de Bercy, in the space underneath concert venue Accor Hotel Arena.

Since opening in March, Phantom has already seen the likes of Amelie Lens, Tiësto, Maceo Plex and many more play.
